The Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme

If you feel we haven't resolved your complaint satisfactorily, you can seek independent assistance from the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme). Please note that before making a complaint to the IFSO Scheme, you first need to go through OnePath's internal complaints process.

The IFSO Scheme can help customers resolve concerns and disputes with their insurer or financial service provider, free of charge.
